When are you most happy?
I am most happy when I am in the spirit of love, most happy when I am working towards joy, but the idea of joy is trivial.
I believe happiness can be most experienced during the process of working towards goals, but it is not always perceptible.
Catching joy is like trying to catch mythical fairy dust, fleeting flecks of forever radiant spirit.
I have felt it in moments while running with my hounds, stretching in the kitchen with my two little dogs, while waiting for the tea pot to heat, or when sitting with coffee, reading a good book, using tool to build things to carry out the dreams of my garden, or accomplishing large tasks that at first seemed like obstacles.
Joy is the fleeting feeling that comes and then goes while working toward the dream of completing things.
